Frequently asked

Answers, before you ask

Everything customers commonly want to know about quotes, transit times, insurance, tracking, customs and payment.

How do I get a quote? +

Use the quote form on our homepage. Include origin, destination, mode (sea / air / road), cargo description, weight and dimensions.

A dedicated coordinator responds within one business hour with a clear, fixed quote — no surprise surcharges.

Is there a minimum shipment size? +

No minimum. We handle everything from a single parcel through consolidated LCL sea freight up to full-container and project cargo.

How long is a quote valid? +

Quotes are valid for 14 days. Ocean and air rates fluctuate with fuel and capacity, so we re-confirm before booking if a quote is older than two weeks.

  • Land transportation across the GCC

What are typical transit times? +
  • Air freight: 2–5 days worldwide from the UAE.
  • Sea freight: 7–14 days regionally; 25–40 days for long-haul lanes to the Americas and Europe.
  • GCC road haulage: 1–4 days depending on route and border processing.
Which countries do you cover? +

We originate from the UAE and move cargo worldwide. Our strongest lanes include India (through our Shalom partnership), the wider GCC, Africa, Europe, the US and Southeast Asia.

Is my cargo insured? +

Standard carrier liability is included and is limited by international convention. For full replacement value, we strongly recommend all-risk marine or air cargo insurance, which we can arrange on your behalf at competitive rates.

Can I track my shipment? +

Yes. Every shipment receives a booking reference. Your coordinator provides milestone updates by email or WhatsApp, plus live tracking links for air waybills and container movements.

What if something goes wrong? +

Your coordinator is your single point of contact from enquiry to delivery. We proactively communicate any delay, re-routing or clearance issue and — where insurance is in place — help you file and settle claims quickly.

Do you handle customs clearance? +

Yes. We handle UAE import/export clearance, free-zone movements, HS classification and duty advice in-house. For overseas clearance we work with our vetted partner brokers on both ends.

What documents do you need from me? +

Typically: commercial invoice, packing list, and (for regulated goods) certificate of origin or product-specific certifications. Your coordinator sends a checklist tailored to your consignment.

What payment terms and methods do you offer? +

Standard terms are payment in advance for one-off jobs and Net 15–30 for approved account customers. We accept bank transfer and card payments in AED and USD.
