Sea freight
Sea freight arranged for Abu Dhabi cargo, with collection, documentation and delivery coordinated together.
Sea freight UAEKhalifa Port on the doorstep, Jebel Ali a short run up the E11, and industrial cargo that usually needs crating before it ships.
Logistics services in Abu Dhabi cover sea freight through Khalifa Port, air freight through Abu Dhabi International (AUH), and road freight across the UAE and into Saudi Arabia and Oman. Cargo is collected from Mussafah, ICAD, KEZAD, Al Ruwais and Abu Dhabi island, and routed through whichever gateway gives the lowest landed cost.
Gateways used: Khalifa Port for containers, Zayed Port for regional and break-bulk cargo, AUH for air freight, and the E11 corridor toward both Jebel Ali and the Saudi border.

Relocation UAEKhalifa Port versus Jebel Ali is a real calculation for Abu Dhabi shippers. Khalifa is far closer, so the inland trucking leg is cheaper and shorter. Jebel Ali often has more sailing options and deeper LCL coverage. For FCL to a mainline destination, Khalifa frequently wins on total cost; for part-loads to secondary destinations, the Jebel Ali consolidation can still be cheaper despite the longer road leg. We price both rather than assuming.
Abu Dhabi cargo skews industrial. A large proportion of what we move out of Mussafah and ICAD is machinery, fabricated steel, valves, pipe fittings, cable and workshop equipment. That cargo needs crating, skidding and corrosion protection before it ships, and it needs accurate weights and centre-of-gravity marking so it can be lifted and lashed safely.
It is also the natural start point for the Saudi land route. Trucks leaving Abu Dhabi for the Al Ghuwaifat border are already most of the way there, which makes Abu Dhabi origin cargo competitive on road freight into the Eastern Province and Riyadh.
Cross-border road freight into the GCC, the Dubai to UK corridor, and the guides that explain how each is priced.
Nationwide collection and delivery across all seven emirates.
It depends on the destination and the load. Khalifa saves inland trucking and often wins for FCL; Jebel Ali's wider consolidation network can still win for LCL to secondary ports. We compare total landed cost per shipment.
Yes, both are routine collection areas, including workshops, fabrication yards and warehouses with limited access.
Yes. For heavy or awkward items, on-site crating is usually the only practical approach, since the item often cannot be moved safely until it is packed.
Yes, including the customs declarations required for movements between the zone and the mainland or for export.
Yes. Abu Dhabi is a strong origin for the Saudi land route, with FTL and LTL loads running toward the Al Ghuwaifat border and onward to the Eastern Province, Riyadh and Jeddah.
Yes. Where AUH has the right routing and rate we book from there; otherwise we compare against DXB and DWC including the road leg.
