What is not included
To keep the quote honest, these are always shown separately or excluded: UK duty and import VAT (set by HMRC against your commodity code and value), customs inspection fees if your consignment is selected for examination, storage caused by delayed instructions or documents, and waiting time beyond the agreed delivery window.
We tell you before charging anything that was not on the original quote.
