Short-term storage
Days or weeks while documentation, space or funds are finalised.
Space to hold, consolidate and prepare cargo while a shipment comes together — priced by the space and time you actually use.
Warehousing in the UAE covers short and medium-term storage, consolidation of cargo from several suppliers into one shipment, cross-docking, palletising, pick and pack, and staging cargo ahead of a sailing or flight. Storage is charged by pallet or area and by the period held, so short holds do not carry long-lease commitments.
Days or weeks while documentation, space or funds are finalised.
Cargo from several suppliers received, checked and combined into one container or shipment.
Received, re-sorted and dispatched without going into stock.
Loose cartons made shipment-ready, with pallets built to fit the container.
Order-level picking and outbound packing for smaller distribution runs.
Receipt notes, stock counts and photographs on request.
Consolidation is where warehousing earns its keep. Buying from four UAE suppliers and shipping four separate consignments means four sets of freight minimums, four documentation charges and four arrival events at the far end. Bringing all four into one warehouse, then shipping one container with one bill of lading, is usually cheaper and always simpler to clear.
Storage duration decides where cargo should sit. A few days waiting for a cut-off is best handled at the handling point nearest the port. A longer hold — waiting on a buyer's payment, a permit or a project date — is better placed in cheaper space away from the terminal, since port-adjacent storage and container detention are the most expensive places to leave cargo.
Condition matters more in this climate. Cartons stored badly in Gulf summer heat and humidity can fail before the goods ever ship. We record inbound condition with photographs, so if something arrives damaged you have evidence from day one rather than an argument later.
Collection and delivery across every emirate — each location page covers the ports, airports and industrial areas that apply there.
By pallet position or floor area, and by the period held — daily, weekly or monthly depending on how long you need. Handling in and out is quoted separately from storage itself.
Yes. That is one of the most common reasons customers use our space. We receive each delivery, check it against its packing list, and combine everything into a single shipment with one document set.
No long lease is required. Short holds of a few days are normal, and rates are quoted for the actual duration you need.
Yes. Inbound cargo is condition-checked on receipt and we report discrepancies with photographs the same day, which protects your claim position.
That depends on the customs status of the goods and the type of facility required. Tell us the shipment details and we will confirm the correct arrangement before the cargo lands.
Yes, for smaller distribution runs — order-level picking, packing and dispatch, with outbound documentation prepared.
Send the cargo details and we will come back with an itemised quote covering collection, freight, documentation and delivery.
